Description:

 

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Relations Manager to lead client interaction and experience management across YDEL’s fashion, e-commerce, and creative platforms. The role focuses on building long-term customer trust, ensuring seamless communication, and translating feedback into meaningful brand improvements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

    - Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support through multiple channels.

    - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and retail collaborators.

    - Work closely with marketing and operations teams to enhance service experience.

    - Develop CRM strategies and retention initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.

    - Monitor customer data and trends to guide decision-making and loyalty programs.

    - Represent the brand voice with professionalism and empathy.

 

Qualifications:

​

    - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or related field.

    - 1–3 years of experience in customer relations, e-commerce, or fashion retail.

    - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

    - Understanding of CRM tools, social-media engagement, and digital support systems.

    - Strong sense of customer empathy and brand representation.
