Description:

 

We are seeking a skilled Pattern Paster to join our apparel production and design team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing accurate garment patterns, assisting in sampling, and ensuring fit precision across YDEL’s streetwear and lifestyle clothing lines.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

    - Create, cut, and prepare patterns according to designer specifications and measurements      - Assist in fabric laying, marking, and pattern placement for sample and bulk production.

    - Coordinate with the design and stitching teams to ensure fit accuracy and consistency.

    - Maintain pattern records and manage templates for various garment categories.

    - Support quality control and size grading during production.

 

Qualifications:

    - Proven experience in pattern making, cutting, or tailoring (fashion or garment sector).

    - Strong understanding of garment structure, stitching techniques, and fabric behavior.

    - Attention to detail, precision, and ability to follow design instructions.

    - Basic knowledge of measurement standards and layout methods.
